foreign [Music] hello and welcome to excel events in this video youll learn how to restrict specific ticket holders from watching sessions to start click the agenda and speakers tab from your admin console open the session by clicking edit on the session details scroll down and click advanced settings click the drop down for ticket types since were restricting specific ticket holders from watching this session unselect the ticket types that wont have access to this session and leave the ticket types checked if they are allowed to watch this session in this example only our VIP ticket holders can watch this session and the others wont be able to join you can choose to show or hide this session in the virtual event Hub agenda for those attendees who are not allowed to join now lets test this if our restrictions work in this example we have an attendee who is a general admission ticket they can see the session from the virtual event Hub but if they try to join they will get an error
