and Im gonna show you something neither I dont necessarily always do but what you what is possible is that you can refine the ste and estimates the cue path users so I said that automatically estimates the image type and in this case its got a write as being H tab but the steam vectors then that it uses or simply defaults and so these steam vectors are essentially characterizations of what color blue the hematoxylin is and what color with brown the da p is and because those are simply defaults theres no reason to believe that theyre necessarily going to be appropriate for your images or indeed for this image i can digitally separate the stands as we saw before just by typing in the number two for hematoxylin and three four for adapt and dont entirely relate to the colors we see there but it does seem to give some kind of reasonable stain separation as well and so we may be able to just run the analysis using these defaults and it may be okay we dont want to over interpret the a

Apply white vinegar to the area, let it soak in for a couple minutes. Pour salt onto the stained area, then work it in with your fingers. Put the garment in the sun and let it air dry. Wash as usual. Check to see if the stains gone, repeat the steps if not.
