If any of the info showing on Form W-9 needs changing, you wont be able to change it in account hub. Rather, youll need to send us a revised Form W-9. This includes when you initially enroll with a bank as well as subsequent to being approved by the bank.
Please note: even if you are canceling the W-9 request for a single recipient, the bulk delete option will cancel it for the single recipient only. After selecting the Bulk Cancel W9 button, you will get a pop-up that lets you know the W-9(s) have been successfully canceled.

How to fill out a W-9 form Download the W-9 form from IRS.gov. Provide your full legal name and business name. Describe your business structure. Exemption. Enter your mailing address. Add any account numbers. Provide your Social Security number or Employer Identification Number. See if you need to sign and date the form.
Most of the time, a company or financial institution will send you a blank W-9 form to complete before you begin business with them. If you need to issue the form, you can download a W-9 from the IRS website.
If youd ever like to update your existing W-9, go to your Credentials page and locate your W-9. Click the Manage button on the right and select the Replace option. You should then be able to fill in the W-9 form again.
Use Form W-9 to provide your correct Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) to the person who is required to file an information return with the IRS to report, for example: Income paid to you. Real estate transactions. Mortgage interest you paid.
