Open the report in Crystal and change the default printer settings. To do this, go to File > Page Setup... in the dialogue that opens, change the Size dropdown from Letter to A4.
Use different orientations in the same document Select the pages or paragraphs whose orientation you want to change. Click PAGE LAYOUT > Page Setup dialog box launcher. In the Page Setup box, under Orientation, click Portrait or Landscape. Click the Apply to box, and click Selected text.
Open the report in the Crystal Reports application. Go to File > Page Setup. Change the orientation from portrait to landscape. Click OK.
Set Specific Margins Open the report template you want to modify. Click "File" and choose “Page Setup” to open the Page Setup dialog box. Adjust the page margin settings to the desired size, then click "OK."
Resolution Right click your report object and select Format Object. Under the Common tab, change Text Rotation to 90 or 270 degrees. Click OK.
To open Page Layout option in Crystal Report, go to File → Page Setup. This option allows you to choose page options like: Paper size, paper width, paper height, and margins (left, right, top and bottom).
Change Height and Width of Crystal Reports in Visual Studio Open the Crystal Report in Design View and then right click and select Design then Page Setup option from the Context menu. Inside the Page Setup window, you will see options to set the Height and Width of Crystal Reports in Pixels, Inches and Centimeters.
How to suppress sections in Crystal Reports Right-click on the section name on the left and select Section Expert (or go to Report > Section Expert and select the section on the left) Click the X+2 button across from Suppress (No Drill-Down) Enter the condition for when the section should be suppressed.
In Crystal Reports Designer, click on File\Printer Setup. Change the orientation by clicking on the button next to the word 'Landscape' Click on OK and the Design view of the report should change to reflect the Landscape Orientation (ruler should increase to 11")
In the Schedule dialog box, click Print Settings....Selecting print settings for a Crystal report To use the report's page layout, select Report file default. To use the printer's page layout, select Specify printer settings, and select Default printer or Specify the printer.
