hi so im showing you how to use the signature on outlook on web properly this is our signature i hope to open it on any code editor or text editor by right clicking and open and select your text editor ah or there is another option for you you can open it on firefox uh go to view paste source and copy this source by pressing ctrl a and ctrl c respectively otherwise if you are on mac then you can click command a and command c you copied it now go to outlook settings or you can reduce the email signature setting from a direct option or we can search from here im searching from here this is our signature box you have to write anything here first just for an example i am writing a then you have to press the right click on a and go to inspect in any browser we can see the inspect option okay so here you see the marked area the a is here you have to replace the a with the code that we just copied from there you have to go as edit as html then mark the a mark the a and replace it by pressin
