hey bells how are you doing I wanted to have a little chat about mental health and studying and how to balance those two things are spoken quite a lot about it before but I have been struggling with mental health conditions for over 10 years now and last year when I started my first year of university it was really difficult to balance both my mental health and my studies it got to a point where I wanted to quit but I kept going and now Im on to my second year this year Im hoping to implement some things into my life so that I can get through my studies without feeling like my mental health is going to destroy me I do want to say beforehand though that this is not me telling you what to do to fix your mental health if you are struggling because Im not professional these are just things I am implementing into my life and if they work out thats great if not thats fine too at least Ive tried but if you want to take a few things on board too thats fine but please dont take it as m
