okay now were going to go ahead and receive a payment and make a deposit all right so im going to go into receive payments here of course i could have done the same thing from the invoice screen they have received payment right up top on the invoices and go to customers receive payments theres so many ways to get there but receive payments right here from the home screen once i click on that again it gives me a field with the cursor in it where i can just start typing so if i said cruise okay now you can receive payments at the customer level or at the job level whats nice about receiving at the customer level is you can receive payments for several jobs at that point so if i were just to choose kitchen remodel right it just has this one invoice in here kitchen remodel is a job under albert cruz but if i choose albert cruz i can see all jobs whats open what open invoices i have another thing that you can do in here is you can sort by now we have these sort by columns so i can sort
