How do you set record in certificate with DocHub?

  1. First, import your certificate to DocHub.
  2. Next, choose ADD NEW > Select from Device or import your form yourself from the cloud.
  3. As soon as opened, you can start making changes using tools in the top and right-hand tabs. In these tabs, you can find the possibility to set record in your certificate.

Create CAA records Go to DNS Records. Select Add record. For Type, select CAA. For Name, type your domain. Choose a Tag, which specifies the behavior associated with the record. For CA domain name, enter the CA name. Select Save.
Create an A record on your domain Log into the one.com Control Panel. Click DNS settings on the Advanced settings tile. Go to DNS records. Under create new record, click A. Enter the following details: - Hostname: leave it empty to point the domain, or enter a subdomain. Click Create record to save your settings.
Create an A Record First, you need to sign in to your domain controller panel. Hit the DNS settings, often found in the Advanced settings section. Go to DNS records. Find the Create new record option, and click on A record to indicate the record you want to create.
Do I need a CAA record? No, the CAA record is not mandatory to be listed within your DNS record. CAs are only required to check to see if there is a CAA record and if you have permitted the CA to issue for the FQDN in question. If you do not list a CAA Record, all CAs will be able to issue certificates for the FQDN.
The purpose of the CAA record is to allow domain owners to authorize which certificate authorities are allowed to issue a certificate for a domain. Before issuing a certificate, the CA checks your CAA records and blocks the request if they are not listed.
A certification record contains the details that are used to verify that standards for assets or locations are met. You use certifications to ensure that assets or locations meet or exceed standards of quality and of safety. You also use certifications to make sure that personnel are qualified for specialized tasks.
Domain owners are able to add multiple CAA records to the DNS, to allow multiple certificate authorities to issue certificates for the respective domain name.
The CAA record is a type of DNS record used to provide additional confirmation for the Certification Authority (CA) when validating an SSL certificate. This record allows you to specify which certification authorities are authorized to deliver SSL certificates for your domain.
