Follow the three simple steps. Open QuickTime Player, and choose File New Screen Recording. To record the screen with the audio, hit the arrow next to the Record button. Choose the microphone. Click the Record button to start recording.
To change recording settings, click the Settings button in the bottom right corner of the main window of the screen recorder. It will open the Settings panel with 5 different tabs in which you can customize various important parameters: System (general settings); Save to (settings for the output file saving);
In the Photo Booth app on your Mac, if you see the View Photo button or the View Video button , click it to see the Take Photo button or Record Video button . If the Record Video button isnt showing, at the bottom left, click the Record a movie clip button . Click the Record Video button .
If the Windows voice recorder is not working on your PC, it might be because you have not enabled it in settings. You can fix this issue by setting the correct recording device as the default. In a more severe case, you might need to disable all startup programs and processes and restart your PC.
How to Screen Record with Keyboard Shortcuts. To record your screen on a Mac, press the Command + Shift + 5 keys on your keyboard. Then select either the Record Entire Screen or Record Selected Portion buttons in the pop-up toolbar that appears at the bottom of your screen. Finally, click Record.
In the menu bar at the top of your screen, click File New Movie Recording. Click the tiny arrow next to the record button to select your camera and microphone. Press the record button to begin recording. Press the stop button to stop recording.
Use QuickTime Player Open QuickTime Player from your Applications folder, then choose File New Screen Recording from the menu bar. Before starting your recording, you can click the arrow next to the Record button to change the recording settings:
(Chrome, Safari, FireFox, etc.)To grant access for each feature: From the Apple menu, go to System Preferences. Click Security Privacy. Click Privacy. If necessary, click the Lock icon to make changes. Click Screen Recording from the left pane, and select the web app that you want to grant access to.
Control access to screen recording on Mac Choose Apple menu System Settings, then click Privacy Security in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Open Privacy Security settings for me. Click Screen Recording. Turn screen recording on or off for each app in the list.
Alternatively, you can use shortcut keys combination Win + Alt + R key to start and stop recording.
