With the spreadsheet open, select Format Page In the dialog that appears, select the Sheet tab. At bottom of the dialog there is a scale control labeled, Fit printout on number of pages. Click the checkbox next to it; then enter the desired number of pages for the printout.
The page size is set in Format Page Style Page Paper Format Format:, where you can set A4 or letter or whatever you need from the dropdown list, including user, which allows to set your own dimensions in the fields below this button.

Select the area youd like to print. Go to Format print ranges define. Go to Format Page Sheet Fit print ranges on number of pages, then type 1 or however many pages youd like.
How to set print area in a worksheet Open the worksheet (XLS. Or XLSX. files) in WPS Spreadsheets. Select the cell area to be printed click the Page Layout tab Print Area dropdown button choose Set Print Area from the drop down list. Then, click Print Preview to preview effect.
How to Print a Booklet in OpenOffice Start OpenOffice. Click Format and Page to open a dialog window. Click File and Print, then select the Page Layout tab. Click the Brochure button, select Back sides / Left pages from the Page sides drop-down and click Print to print the left-side pages.
Click on the tab Sheet in the dialog. For ScaleScale Mode: you select Fit Print Range(s) to Page Number. The page number is left at 1, which forces the table to one page. Click OK.
To remove the print range, choose Format Print Ranges Clear. This will remove all defined print ranges on the sheet.
