hello everyone welcome to the howto.org channel to print a file from google docs the first thing well do is open it by clicking on it at the top we click on the printer icon we can also use the shortcut control plus p in windows or command plus p in mac here we choose the printer that we are going to use to print and finally we click on print if you need the pdf file to share it on whatsapp or facebook or maybe you want to print it on another computer that doesnt have internet lets change the option in destination we click and choose save as pdf file finally click on save then we choose a folder and click save again there we have the pdf file we can save it to a usb stick or share it by any means online thank you for watching our video we hope it helped you a lot dont forget to subscribe and activate the bell to receive notifications of new videos

Right Click on the Lower Left Corner of the desktop, select Control Panel. Select Devices and Printers. Right Click on the printers icon, select Printing Preferences. The Printing Preferences dialogue opens.
Change the default print settings for all print jobs Search Windows for devices, and click Devices and Printers in the list of results. Right-click the printer icon ( ) for your printer, and then select Printing preferences. Select your new default print settings (paper size, orientation, etc.), and then click OK.
On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Margins.Do one of the following: To use predefined margins, click Normal, Wide, or Narrow. To specify custom page margins, click Custom Margins and thenin the Top, Bottom, Left, and Right boxesenter the margin sizes that you want.
Most printers have options such as Fit to Printable Area or Fit to Printer Margins, which will automatically resize a document to the printer margins of a particular printer. Some programs such as Microsoft Word will also automatically detect the printer margins of a particular printer.
Just go to File Print to see a preview of your document. From here, youll also be able to adjust different page layout and printing settings, such as the page orientation, paper size, and margin width. Any changes you make will be updated in the preview pane as well.
You can modify your printout style using a variety of printer driver settings located on the Paper and Layout menus. On the Paper menu, you can set the paper size, the number of copies, the orientation of your printout, and the printable area.
2. Update default printer settings for all prints Type Devices into the main search bar at the bottom left of your screen. Select Devices and Printers from the results list. Right click on the appropriate printer icon. Select Printing Preferences Change print settings, click OK Ready, set, print!
Go to PageLayout. Select PageBorders, it opens up a new window. Click on the Page Border Tab. Click on options. Open the option Measure from: by default From Edge of page is selected. Change selection to From Text. Change the left and right margins to 24ppt or whatever suits your layout. Look at print preview.
Margins may be setup differently than the page the font may not be represented properly, and the printer may be set up for printing custom pages. This is an addon icon or a step before printing that allows you to see what the printed page will look like.
On the Print Preview tab, in the Print group, click Print. Keyboard shortcut Press Ctrl+P. Select your print options, and then click OK to print your report.
