Before diving in, it's recommended to watch previous videos explaining why leg extensions are safe and functional post-surgery. Quad sets and straight leg raises are common exercises post-surgery for knee extension but are not for quad strengthening. Consult with a physical therapist and surgeon before starting new exercises.
