This video tutorial demonstrates how to create a figure with a title and an image in Oxygen XML Editor version 17 on a PC. In the author view with full tags displayed, we add a fig element containing a title element with the text "ducklings walking" and one or more image elements using Oxygen's image wizard. The images can be added by reference, either from a local file or from the web. The image is automatically inserted and displayed in the author view. In the text view, we can see the code structure of the figure element, title, and image elements.
