Below are some common questions from our customers that may provide you with the answer you're looking for. If you can't find an answer to your question, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

In order to put a simple image on a web page, we use the element. This is a void element (meaning, it cannot have any child content and cannot have an end tag) that requires two attributes to be useful: src and alt . The src attribute contains a URL pointing to the image you want to embed in the page.
In order to insert an image in HTML from a folder you will need to use the tag. The src attribute is used to specify the location of the image. You can link to an image using either an absolute or relative file path.
The HTML tag is used to embed an image in a web page. Images are not technically inserted into a web page; images are linked to web pages. The tag creates a holding space for the referenced image. The tag is empty, it contains attributes only, and does not have a closing tag.
How do I add an image to my Website Builder site? Log in to your one.com control panel and click Website Builder. Drag the Image component from the menu to the left into your workspace. Select the image you want to add or upload one from your computer or an external URL.
If you did not take the photo, then the photo does not belong to you so using it on your webpages without permission of its owner will violate the copyright in the photo. Publishing a photo online is not the same thing as placing it in the public domain.
Crop a photo On a computer, open a site in new Google Sites. Click the photo you want to edit, and click Crop . Above the photo, use the slider to adjust the size. Move the photo within the frame. Click Done . To cancel your changes, at the top, click Undo . To publish your changes, at the top right, click Publish.
