Can I update my FedEx AutoPay credit card details stored by FedEx? Yes. From the My Options menu, select Manage Payment Preferences. Click the Edit link of the Payment Profile you wish to update, make the necessary changes and then click the Update Profile button to save.
To setup FedEx AutoPay, ensure that you have created a Payment Profile with the payment details you wish to use and then click the Enroll in AutoPay button from the Manage Payment Preferences screen.
Go to Other Shipping Options in the Shipping Sidebar and click the Shipping Account drop-down. Choose either Third Party or Recipient from the list. Enter the third party Account #, Billing Country, and Billing Zip (Postal Code). Create the label.
Step 1: Log in to your Billing Online account. Step 2: From the Account Summary page, select the My Options tab. Step 3: Select Update Credit Card and enter your new payment information. Save your changes.
FedEx accepts all major credit and debit cards just call Customer Service to make a payment. You can also ask Customer Service about saving your card details for future payments. Please bear in mind you should never email or provide your full card details in writing.
FedEx AutoPay allows you to link your FedEx account to a credit card so that new invoices will automatically be charged to the chosen credit card. Payments can be made using an American Express, MasterCard or Visa credit card. There is no need to register for FedEx Billing Online.
Your account number is the nine-digit number on the top right corner of your invoice. If you dont have any invoices handy or you cant view them on FedEx Billing Online, please contact us. A FedEx representative will go through some security steps with you before providing your account number.
To register for FedEx Billing Online, go to fedex.com and select View/Pay Bills Online under the Manage my Account Section. If you already have a fedex.com username and password click Login and verify your account information. If you are new to fedex.com, register by clicking on the Register link on the login page.
