in Windows Server 2000 19 using Active Directory users and computers we can go in and make the passwords of users never expire so if we go to tools and Active Directory users and computers inside server manager and lets take Tom for instance and say this particular user does not need to have a password that expires of course not the best security move but some people need to do that so well right-click on Tom or double-click either way and well open up Toms properties now well click on the account tab and we see that password never expires has not checked so what that basically means is whatever the group policy for the password expiration and by default its either going to be 45 days or you might have changed it to 90 days is going to be set to that password must be changed when the group policy says its going to need it so were just going to check the box that says password never expires and its going to override the group policy that says when the password needs to be chang
