Password Creation Policy: Password should be at least 8 alphanumeric characters long. It must contain uppercase characters (e.g. A-Z) and lowercase characters (e.g. a-z) and also have at least one digit a special character.
Forgot Profile Password You need to authenticate yourself with the hint question and answer that you had set for the Profile password or through ATM Debit card validation. If you dont remember the hint question or answer and you dont have the ATM debit card, you can approach your branch to reset the password.

How to Register on NBP Internet Banking Web Portal? Click on the Register button for registration. Review the Terms Conditions and click on NEXT button to proceed. Enter your 14-digit NBP Account Number, ATM /Debit Card Number, CNIC Number Date of Birth and then click on NEXT button to proceed.
Mobile Banking Click More in Login page of Mobile Banking. Click Forgot Username and password Enter your Debit Card Number and PIN, click Next to continue. Select Confirm and we will send the One Time Password (OTP) to your mobile phone. Setup your Username and Password and click Next
You can activate mobile banking by simply downloading and logging into the banks app. Log in using your net banking credentials or create your login ID and password with your debit card. After you log in, you can enable Touch ID and change PINs per your preference.
