I wasnt being flippant when I said, A secondment agreement is the agreement for a secondee. Well thats great. What is a secondee? Basically, its your employee. So if you run a business, and you have an employee, and you want to allow that employee to go and work at a client site for a period of time, then you would use a secondment agreement. Now the employee, even though theyre not physically based with you anymore, but theyre actually sitting with your client for that period of time, they are still your employee. You still have to pay them. They still accrue employee entitlements as a normal employee. Its just that the only thing thats differ
