This video tutorial teaches how to create a figure with a title and an image in Oxygen XML Editor version 17. Starting in author view, we will add the fig element inside the con body element, followed by a title element with the text "Ducklings Walking." Using Oxygen's image wizard, we can add an image either from a local file or a web reference. The image is automatically displayed in author view. Switching to text view, we can see the code structure, with the figure element containing the title and the image element.
