Label alterations Your online label cannot be altered and must be used as it was printed. If you find an error in your label, print a new label with the correct address and request a refund. Any item with a manually-altered online label will be returned to you.

If you're the shipper, you can change the delivery address for most shipments online by logging in to your FedEx shipping account. Alternatively, you can request to hold the shipment at a FedEx location for pickup instead of delivery.
Yes, you can cancel a shipment any time before we scan your package. Just log in to your account, click the Ship History tab, select the shipment and click Cancel. To cancel a label you created using a credit card in FedEx Ship Manager, call customer service at 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339.
If a label is used that has a wrong date on it, an updated label will be created in order to refresh the information. Labels that have been already used are not rejected thru normal scanning practices, which is why it is important to remove or cover old labels when reusing a box.
Print and attach the FedEx label. Slide your completed label into a clear plastic pouch and remove the adhesive backing. Then, firmly apply it to the largest flat side of the shipping container. Take care to avoid taping over the label, and don't cover it up in any way.
