@PhilSpo If you go to your Project Settings Request Types then click on Edit Fields for each request type, there will be a number right at the end of the URL, this is the ID for that request type. Hope this helps!
On the top of the backlog page, select the desired epic. At this point the backlog section only shows the issues belonging to the epic and clicking on add new issue at the bottom of the section automatically adds the new created issues to the epic.
If you are using a Classic project, please, go to Project settings Issue layout Edit layout. If the field Environment is not under Description fields, then click on the Screen and add the field. If its a Next-gen project, go to Project settings Issue types Add the field to the Issue type and Save changes.
