or to add an image to your email signature in Salesforce youll need to have a tag here you can see within this tag I have the parentheses this is linked here and this is where were going to paste the link to our image that were going to use in our email signature so in Salesforce classic youll be having a document - Salesforce and Salesforce lightning youll actually be adding a file so if we click over here to files you can see I have this transparent large logo so I dont even click into that and if I click public link youll see that I have a link here which I can copy if I didnt have a link here that havent been created this would say create link instead of copy I have already done this step so I just copied this link go ahead and exit out so if I go back to the top right here and Im gonna go to my settings my email settings Im gonna take the link I just copied and Im gonna paste it right into the tag thats it Ive pasted the Salesforce document into the description below

Go to the template content that you want to include your image.Next, upload an image to your quote. To show the rich text editor, select your rich text field. Click the Insert Image icon. Insert an image by uploading a file or listing a URL. Add text and format your image if needed, and then save your changes.
With your email template open, drag the image content component to the layout. Choose whether to browse for the image, or to upload a new one. To upload a new image, select a folder and click Upload content. You can browse your file system for an image to upload to the image library.
Upload an image into the Documents tab Go to the Documents tab, or the + icon to view all tabs and choose Documents from there. Click New. Fill-up the required fields and make sure to select the Externally Available Image checkbox. Select which folder youd like to save the image to.
