To calculate the GPA, the unit value for each course in which a student receives one of the above grades is multiplied by the number of grade points for that grade. The sum of these products is then divided by the sum of the units. The cumulative GPA is the sum of the grade points divided by the sum of the units.
Access an assignment from the main menu or within an individual course. On the submission list, tap Ready to Grade. Select a student submission. Or, you can tap Begin Grading to start grading the submissions in succession.
How is your grade point average (GPA) calculated? A) By dividing the total number of grade points earned in courses by the total number of credits attempted.

If your teacher or professor uses a total points system, you first need to add up all of your grades. Then, add up how many points were possible for each of those grades. Divide how many points you earned by the number of points possible, and you will determine your class grade.
There are three main types of average: mean, median and mode. Each of these techniques works slightly differently and often results in slightly different typical values. The mean is the most commonly used average. To get the mean value, you add up all the values and divide this total by the number of values.
The Grade Point Average (GPA) is calculated by Multiplying the credits for each course by the grade points associated with the grade earned and totaling the points earned for all courses dividing the total points by the number of credits will give you your grade point average.
Add all of the scores together. If you have completed 10 assignments this semester and received 90% on each of them, your score is 900 out of 100%. Divide the sum of your score (900) by the number of assignments you completed this semester (10). The quotient in decimal form is your average grade.
