Training completion rate is a key performance indicator (KPI) used to measure the effectiveness of a companys training programs. It is calculated by dividing the number of employees who have completed the training by the total number of employees who were scheduled to attend the training.

The completion rate is determined by dividing the number of credits earned by the number of credits attempted.
You report completion rates on a task by dividing the number of users who successfully complete the task by the total number who attempted it. For example, if eight out of ten users complete a task successfully, the completion rate is 0.8 and usually reported as 80%.
