A CSAT score is the sum of all positive responses, divided by the total responses collected, then multiplied by 100. The outcome leaves you with the overall percentage of satisfied customers at your business.
Input Total Responses: Enter the total number of survey responses in cell A1. Enter Satisfied Responses: Input the number of positive (satisfied) responses in cell A2. Apply CSAT Formula: Use the formula =(A2/A1)*100 in cell A3 to calculate the CSAT score as a percentage.
Calculate your Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score by dividing the positive responses (satisfied customers) by the total number of responses and multiplying by 100, which is then expressed as a percentage. For example, if you have 50 responses total and 45 are positive, your CSAT would be 90%.
Customer satisfaction level can be measured through methods like customer surveys, Net Promoter Score (NPS), online reviews, customer complaints, and repeat business.
CSAT formula: Detailed customer satisfaction score. To calculate the percentage of satisfied customers, divide the total number of customers who are very satisfied (5) or satisfied (4) by the total number of responses. Then, multiply that result by 100 to get your customer satisfaction percentage.
The equation used to determine the level of a customers satisfaction is: Experience Expectation = Satisfaction. So, if a customer expects a 7 and you provide a 10 then the customer leaves with a +3.
