From Settings, search for and select Font size and style. Then, tap Font size and style again. Tap Font style, and then tap + Download fonts.
The default font for body text in Apples Pages word processing app is 11-point Helvetica Neue, but you can easily change it to something more interesting through the Format panel thats usually visible to the right of your document. Open another document, though, and youll be back to Helvetica.
