hi everyone on this channel I create videos packed with lots of great information this video is the second in a new series about using Microsoft Excel so if youd like to learn more about excel subscribe to my channel sometimes I get a list of names that are formatted such that theres a first name a space and then the last name and thats fine but sometimes I want to sort the names by last name and its difficult to do when theyre formatted like that so Im going to teach you how to take the list of names separate it out between the first name and the last name and then put it back together such that we have the last name a comma and then the first name lets get started by highlighting the names of the people were going to visit the data tab and then were going to select text to columns when Excel looks at our data you can automatically determine that between the words theres a space so by default in this situation its going to select delimited so at this point lets just click

To launch a new EC2 instance from an AMI, do the following: Open the EC2 console. From the navigation bar, choose AMIs. Find the AMI that you want to use to launch a new instance. Select the AMI, and then choose Launch. Choose an instance type, and then choose Next: Configure Instance Details. Select Next: Add Storage.
Default user names For a CentOS AMI, the user name is centos or ec2-user . For a Debian AMI, the user name is admin . For a Fedora AMI, the user name is fedora or ec2-user . For a RHEL AMI, the user name is ec2-user or root .
For an Oracle AMI, the user name is ec2-user . For a Bitnami AMI, the user name is bitnami . Otherwise, if ec2-user and root dont work, check with the AMI provider.
Create an AMI from an Amazon EC2 Instance Right-click the instance you want to use as the basis for your AMI, and choose Create Image from the context menu. Create Image context menu. In the Create Image dialog box, type a unique name and description, and then choose Create Image.
An Amazon Machine Image (AMI) is a supported and maintained image provided by AWS that provides the information required to launch an instance.
The default user name in the Debian EC2 AMIs is admin. Authentication is based on ssh keys as described in the Amazon EC2 documentation.
It is not possible to change the name of an AMI image. Once the name is set, it cannot be changed. You have 2 possible resolutions: Create the AMI image again, using a different name.
