Quote reminders can be set up or edited in Settings under Work Settings and are automatically created three days after a quote is sent without a response; this timeframe can be adjusted. Users will see red reminders in their job or schedule as prompts to contact clients. Additionally, up to two automated follow-ups can be scheduled if there’s no response. For select plans, quote follow-ups can automatically send reminders to clients through the same communication method originally used for the quote, based on the user's set schedule.
