HTML: Its a default message format set in Outlook (unless you change the settings). Its strongly suggested to use HTML format for your emails as it allows you to add various fonts, colors, and bulleted/numbered lists pictures in the emails. Its by far the most suitable format for emails.
It sounds like your Apple ID is activated with iMessage and your Start new conversations from is set to your email address, instead of your phone number. To resolve this, simply navigate to Settings Messages Send Receive and configure the settings to start new conversations from your phone number.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone. Scroll to Messages in the menu and tap Messages. Tap the Send Receive item in the Messages menu. Scroll to the Start New Conversations From list, and select the default address you would like your messages to come from (likely your phone number.)

1) Some email programs will display multi-part messages as garbled code or an attachment if an email message doesnt contain both HTML and plain text content. To avoid this add either plain text or HTML content to your campaign if one or the other is missing.
Go to your email notification settings for this email and make sure the box to Send Emails in Plain Text is not checked. Check for a plugin conflict. Weve seen several plugins that force all emails to be sent as either plain text or HTML cause this issue. Please deactivate your plugins and resend the email.
