In the process of using WPS Office, we can set the overall view effect of WPS components for personal use. Take the components in WPS Writer as an example. Click Menu and choose Options. At this time, a dialog box will pop up. In the left tab, the first one is View. In this interface, we can set Show Print options Formatting marks and Ribbon options. In the Show box, we can set Status bar, Mini Toolbar. In the Print options box, we can set the content that needs to be displayed. For example, Text boundaries, Bookmarks, Show crop marks, etc. In the Formatting marks box, if we want to display format, we can check the Spaces, Tab characters, Paragraph marks, and so on. In the Ribbon options box, we can also choose Double click tab to hide ribbon. When we double-click on the main tab, we can hide the ribbon below it.
