well good morning everybody this is Miss AV from hoodoo delish and I wanted to go ahead and do something that I probably should have made a video for you guys about earlier but you know it didnt it didnt occur to me and I apologize for that and Im move these candles that way here but okay so one of the most basic things when youre doing any working is going to be the petition paper and this the petition paper is a very basic step in who do it is the written prayer that you use use writing magic and and word magic to endow with your intent for the entire rest of the work its very simple to make but its one of those things that its considered kind of foundational to most of work that you would do now let me be very clear there are other ways to do a work I actually do works without petition papers but petition paper is usually going to be the easiest way to go forward with this so what Im going to do is teach you how to make the main type of petition paper there are actually two

A petition drawing is needed when filling a provisional patent to the USPTO even though applicants can file color drawings with provisional applications.
Applicant must be a resident or national of a PCT Contracting State. The application must include at least one applicant who is a resident or national of the United States and the application must be entirely in the English language for the United States receiving Office (RO/US) to be deemed competent.
The PCT makes no express provision for photographs or coloured drawings and, furthermore, ing to Rule 11.13, drawings must be executed in durable, black, sufficiently dense and dark, uniformly thick and well-defined lines and strokes without colourings.
The drawing must have an appropriate title that clearly satisfies the purpose of the drawing. It must have the name of the inventor, application number, or docket number (if provided) on the front of each sheet and centered within the top margin.
Color drawings are acceptable in US patent applications, but not in international applications (see PCT Rule 11.13).
In a utility patent, the specification includes the drawings and the written description excluding the claims.
Color drawings may be submitted via EFS-Web in most types of applications and proceedings, including: Nonprovisional design patent applications, including reissue design patent applications; Provisional applications under 35 U.S.C.
