[Music] everybody random here from tad intentions and in todays video Im going to show you guys a trick to using sheet sets to plot and organize a handful of sheets or layouts even if theyre in multiple drawings so this can come in really handy if youve got two or three drawings or more and a couple layouts in each one this will allow you to keep them all organized in a sheet set but itll also let you plot them all into PDF or to your printer at the same time similar to the publish option you can also add in field so that you can control things through your sheet set and update drawings without actually opening them and then when you print them theyll be updated like changing revision numbers titles or or 50 numbers but in this video Im going to show you guys how to add drawings and layouts to a sheet set as well as create a new sheet set and then how to print to PDF for more information on sheet sets you guys can check out my course at CAD intentions comm and go to the courses
