this set design that we made for our sintered series is probably one of our favorites and one of the ones that weve gotten the most feedback on we use them in conjunction with the panels that you see in the back and a little different configuration but we basically built a frame what we did is we took some plywood we took two sheets of plywood we sandwich them together we traced our letters are out on the plywood we cut it out with a jigsaw and then we took eight inch two by fours that we cut just just a long eight-foot 2 by 4 into 8 inch sections and we put them between the two sheets of plywood we nailed into it and then we put a facade of pallet wood on the front we drilled holes we put our Christmas lights in there these are I believe c6 globe round Christmas lights and then we wrapped the whole thing in hardboard its about $8 a sheet that we got at Home Depot and we painted it black and we just nailed it to the inside I think it took two guys about a day and a half to build the
