hi thank you for joining me today im danielle with real property management alamo this video is going to go over how to properly submit a notice to vacate please make sure to like and subscribe to our channel for more helpful videos now you may be wondering what is a notice to vacate its not as intimidating as it sounds a notice to vacate is a required written 60-day notice that you the tenant provides to us real property management alamo letting us know that you will be moving out of the home that you are currently renting typically this happens as you approach the end of your lease for example lets say your lease end date is september 30th you would need to submit your 60 day notice to vacate no later than july 30th letting us know that you are planning on moving out september 30th this can also happen once your leaves has ended and you stayed in the home when your lease ends and you havent renewed provided a notice to vacate or the owner hasnt provided you with a non-renewal mo
