in the last video we went through creating a quote in setting a callback reminder today youll learn how to turn a quote into a catering order youll start by going to your contact list and finding the customer next youll go back to your quotes tab once you find the quote that you want to turn into an order youll go to the right and select view / edit quote youll see a pop up of the quote and at the top is an option to choose a function youll go to the last option and select convert this quote to an order the quote information will pop up and youll have the option to change any information if you need to you can change the date or time or you can add special instructions lets say the customer wants to add canned soda to the order youre able to add that to the original quote by scrolling down selecting this green plus sign that says add item and then youll simply find the item that you want to add in this case canned soda you can add any special instructions for the item and in
