Okay, our tutorial here is going to be how to set up the time and date, or reset it, its essentially the same system. While the device is off , make sure the cuff is plugged in thatll always help. While the device is off press and hold down on the S button, the down arrow until the screen activates and youll see the year appear. From here the up arrow, or the M button, will change that value and the down arrow, the S button, will select it, will lock it in. So lets just kind of scroll through until we get to the right year. Lock that in. Same thing with the month. Thats the correct month. You can select either a 12 or a 24 hour clock. It doesnt really matter, its your preference. And then the time, first by hour then by minute. From here youll see either mmHg or kPa appear. kPa is normally used in Europe, so you can use it if youd like but most doctors will ask for an mmHg measurement.
