Use the customer service number printed on the back of your card to call your credit card issuer. If changing this information online, you will likely need to look for a section of the website marked Change Address/Phone Number or something similar.
Once youve logged in: Select the HOME tab. Tap on your account tile. Tap on Manage in the top right-hand corner. Select Change payment method Select Add bank account and enter your BSB and account number. (Please ensure that there are no spaces when entering your BSB or account number) Click SAVE.
Change the default payment card for your Zip account via the Zip app in just 3 easy steps: Tap Account in the app. Tap Payment methods. To change a default payment card, tap on Set new default, select the other card youd like to set as a new default card, and Save.
You can manually edit a card in your account via the Zip app in just 4 easy steps: Tap Account in the app. Tap Payment methods. To edit a card, tap on the pencil icon and update either the expiration date or zip code associated with the new card. Select Update Card to save your changes.
The Single-use card number should fill out automatically. If it doesnt, enter the Single-use card number, expiration date and CVV manually.
Debit cards are accepted on all Zip accounts! Having trouble? Ensure that the card you are attempting to add has sufficient funds for us to pre-authorise $1-$5. The card must not be used on another Zip account that is not in your name. We cannot accept duplicate payment methods on different accounts.
Once youve logged in: Navigate to the HOME screen on your Zip app. Select your account tile (Zip Pay/Zip Money) In the top right corner click Manage Select the change payment method. Enter your nominated card details. Be sure to set it as the default (see below) Click SAVE. Your card has now been successfully added!
Log into the Customer Portal at . Go to the Orders Page and click View Order for the order you would like to change. Click Edit next to the payment card. Select the card youd like to use, and click Use this Card.
