Hi everyone, my name is Kevin. Today I want to show you how you can set up a signature in Outlook on both the desktop and on the web, and before we jump into it, as full disclosure, I work at Microsoft as a full-time employee. Why dont we jump into it, that way you could start looking very professional with nice signatures in your emails. Lets jump into it. All right, well here I am on my desktop and what were going to do first is I want to show you how to do it using Outlook desktop. I have Outlook here on my taskbar. Im going to go ahead and click on this. This is the latest version of Outlook, its part of Office 365. Itll probably work if you have an older version of Outlook as well, but I cant promise anything, but signatures havent changed that much. Its been a feature in Outlook for a very long time, so if you follow along, it should work for you regardless of what version you have. So here I am in Outlook. How do you update your signature?

Insert a signature line Click where you want the line. Click Insert Signature Line. Click Microsoft Office Signature Line. In the Signature Setup box, you can type a name in the Suggested signerbox. You can also add a title in the Suggested signers title box. Click OK. The signature line appears in your document.
Can I Edit XPS Documents in Word? Similar to a PDF, an XPS file is a fixed-layout document that cannot be edited, which means it does not lend itself to being opened in a document editor like Word.
To sign a PDF form, you can type, draw, or insert an image of your handwritten signature or initials. Open the PDF document or form in Acrobat or Reader, and click Fill Sign in the right pane. Click the Sign icon in the Fill Sign toolbar, and then choose whether you want to add your signature or just initials.
Click on the signature field you would like signed. Select the Digital ID that was created. Use the Appearance drop down to select the signature picture. Enter the signature password in the lower left corner. Click Sign Save the signed PDF file.
On the Picture Format tab, click Crop, and then crop the signature. Right-click the picture, and then click Save as Picture to save it as a separate file you can use in other documents. Name it so you will remember it is your handwritten signature. When your signature is needed on a document (Word, docHub, etc.)
3. Google Workspace Open a Google Doc. Click where the signature should appear. From the toolbar, select Insert Drawing +New. A new Drawing window will appear. Select the Line tool from the toolbar, then Scribble. Draw your signature using a mouse or trackpad. Click on Save and Close in the upper right corner.
