MPIN: MPIN is the Mobile Banking Personal Identification Number which is Customer generated four (04) digit code used for making financial non-financial transactions such as through NBP Digital-Mobile Banking Application NBP Internet Banking and must not be shared with anyone.
The process can be initiated in the following ways: Dial *99# through your phone. Choose the Generate MPIN option by choosing the number mentioned before the service. Now enter the last six-digit number (space) expiry date and send. Directly input the new MPIN and send. A unique MPIN number will be generated.
A: User can access MPIN Management section from hamburger menu of Mobile Banking select Forgot MPIN to reset the new MPIN.
How to look up your MPIN. Once youve completed your SAM registration, you can find your MPIN if you forgot or need to verify it. Log into your SAM.gov account and click View across from where your UEI number is displayed. From there, scroll down to the Points of Contact section and your MPIN will be at the bottom.
One-time Password (OTP): System generated alphanumeric code which is used for identification of a genuine customer for NBP Digital Mobile Banking Application or NBP Internet Banking registration and non-financial transactions (sent via SMS Email).
