once you have the shape of the block so in this case i have a triangle with three rectangles type in the command line att d e f and the tag is the name of the attribute so in this case id prompt is whats going to show on the screen so im going to type something like enter your id and we can make some adjustments to make sure that these this attribute is aligned and then click ok now i can place this attribute anywhere on shape so for example here and then once im done im going to type in the command line block name the block so here it will be id block the base point corresponds to the insertion point and then the objects will consist of everything here including the attribute and once this is done hit okay and it tells you now to enter your id so were going to type something like two and now every time you insert the same block it will prompt you to enter the id one more time

2.1 I APPOINT my wife, Jane Smith, to be my Agent and in the event of death or refusal or inability of my wife, Jane Smith, to continue to act, I APPOINT my son, Jim Doe to be my Agent in ance with the Personal Directives Act for Alberta (hereinafter referred to as my Agent).
If I cannot be expected to have a docHub period of conscious life even after medical or surgical care, then I want comfort care only. (Examples I do not want any surgery or other care designed to prolong my life. I do not want artificially administered food or fluids and I do not want to be resuscitated.)
A specific and common example of an advance directive is a do not resuscitate order (or DNR), which guides care only if your heart stops beating (cardiac arrest) or you are no longer breathing.
The two most common advance directives for health care are the living will and the durable power of attorney for health care.
There are two kinds of advance directives. In one, you choose who you would want to make these decisions for you. In the other, you give instructions about what decisions you would want made or you describe your values and beliefs to guide a decision maker about what you would have wanted in a given situation.
(ad-VANS duh-REK-tiv) A legal document that states a persons wishes about receiving medical care if that person is no longer able to make medical decisions because of a serious illness or injury.
Representation Agreements differ from Advance Directives because they cover a broader variety of circumstances and they bind one or more representatives to act on your behalf.
