if you want to present your data table like this with colors and arrows this is how you do it select this cell here Ctrl 1 to open that format cell make sure youre in number tab custom in here you open square bracket green now you need an arrow clicks on the Windows start here and type the word character map launch the character map app that looks like that make sure youre in the aerial and then if you scroll all the way down youll see an arrow here double click here and hit copy minimize this Ctrl V to paste it and you say zero percent semicolon open square bracket red close square bracket now in the down arrow open up your your character map again double click on the down arrow copy and then Ctrl V to paste it and it says zero percent semicolon click on OK once thats done and double click the bottom right corner to apply to all the rows
