if they are an adult they must sign the lease and they must be screen any adult even an adult child unless they theyre a disabled person even even an adult child my 20-year-old kid living with me in a rental got to sign the lease got to go through screening because how many times does Grandma signed the lease and her grandson and his girlfriend and their buddy theyre the ones who live there grandma doesnt even live there but theyre using Grandmas credit cuz they have no credit every adult residing on the premises must sign the lease must be screened
