all right guys im here with adam one of our inspectors and hes getting set up right now whats called a zip level a zip level is essentially a digital water level and what were gonna do is take zero in the center of the house and then were going to go throughout the entire house around the perimeter and were going to take different points to see how much the house differs from zero so right now hes setting zero and we have zero so hes gonna start going around the house and as hes going around the house hes gonna mark on his paper what each corner of the house is looking like in comparison to the center so right here you can see that the house is 0.2 of an inch difference than where it was at the center of the house maybe 15 or 20 feet that direction so we have the cord stretched out to another room were still still at that zero mark and were showing negative 1.5 difference from the center of the house im going to walk that just to show you guys its not that far the distanc
