the last update transcript packages has to do with exporting the highlights we just talked about in the previous version you could export the highlights but it pretty much just gave you the ability to export them all well now that you can create labels by different colors you can select to only export certain labels as highlights or you can still do all if you want so here I made an important highlight and now if I want to click export here I can choose highlights for the export type click Next and here I can select which highlight to export it can be all my undefined color or my important color so here I will check my important ones click export and that will download the PDF to your local desktop and youre done so keep in mind this also works with RB connect mobile as well

How to Transcribe Audio to Text Upload an audio file. Click on Transcribe Audio and select an audio file from your folders. Transcribe audio. From the left menu, click on Subtitles then select Auto Transcribe. Download the transcription.

If they are bothstarting to say something at the same time or crosstalks, but then one of them stops speaking,just transcribe the one that ends up speaking a complete thought.
Long sentences should be broken into fragments. Keep your paragraphs short to a maximum of 400 characters. Insert a blank line between paragraphs. Also, start a new paragraph at every speaker change.
