Enter the tenant's name, e.g., Penny Jackson, along with their email address for signing the agreement. Click "add tenant" and specify the effective date (e.g., April 11th). After saving and continuing, you can add other occupants, like Steve Jackson, and input their email addresses before clicking the add tenant button again.
