Typically, they'll provide a download link in the acceptance message. Once you've downloaded and signed the forms, go to your submissions inbox by clicking the submissions link in the top navigation. Select the specific submission to which you want to attach your forms, click the edit button, and scroll to the bottom of the page. There, you will find an "add document" link; click it and select the corresponding document type. After uploading, the forms will appear above. Finally, click done to complete the process of sending release forms on Caviar.
