This video tutorial explains how to send progress reports to students and parents at interim and quarter intervals. Reports should be distributed every quarter, at minimum during the interim period. Begin by ensuring you're in the correct grade book for the third quarter. Click on "Progress Report" under the grade book section. It's common to see "no data" for students when entering a new quarter or interim; this will happen each time you switch to a new spreadsheet. Ensure you're viewing the third quarter to see all students. If you need to check data for a specific student, use the "by section" feature instead of the "class summary" to run the report accurately.
