hey guys a lot of yall have been asking for copies of invoices so im going to show you how to send out your own invoices so the first and easiest way is if the if theyre newer invoices and theyre not paid by a credit card so this customer asked me and jill for copies of invoices jill im taking care of it so you go to open invoices it shows you all of their open invoices you just click on the side and and you click send email and email send successfully now what happens if theyre a cash sale person or if theyve already paid the invoice number one if you know the invoice number the easiest way is to type it up here if theyve asked you for the if they gave you the invoice number you type it up here and you scroll down to communication and hit email and send the email i dont want to send this customer the invoice again same thing with cash sales you type in the number um if you dont know the number oh if you dont if they call up and say hey im looking for an invoice for 15 you
