Go to the website of your local public library and search for Kindle books or eBooks. At checkout, sign in to your Amazon account and select the device to which you want to send the book. Connect your device to Wi-Fi and download the title from the Archived Items or Cloud.
To learn how to send a PDF to your Kindle simply follow these four steps: Find your Kindle email address. Sign in to your Amazon account, and click Account and Lists on the top toolbar, Your Devices and Content, and Manage Devices. Approve your personal email address. Email the PDF to your Kindle. Sync your Kindle.
Drag and drop files directly onto your Kindle Open the Kindle drive and find Documents Drag and drop your documents directly into the Documents folder.
To send an ebook to your Kindle e-reader manually: Log in to the account you used to purchase your ebook. On the Content tab of the Manage Your Content and Devices, click on the Books tile. Click on Deliver to Default Device (or) Others. Select your Kindle e-reader as destination device and click onDeliver.
On the web, go to Amazons Send to Kindle page. Drag and drop your file to the large square area, or click on Select files from device and choose the file you want to send. (The maximum file size is 200MB.) There will be a list of supported file types on the page including PDF, DOCX, and ePub, among others.
Download Books to Your Kindle App Open the Kindle app . Go to your Library. If youre on a computer, double-click on the book cover. If youre on a mobile device, select the book cover. A progress bar updates as the book downloads.
Open the Send to Kindle app to upload by drag-and-drop. You can also drop files on the Send to Kindle icon in your dock.
