Compose a new message Open the Mail Panel; Click on. Compose on the Mail Panel toolbar; Fill in the sender, recipient and subject info in the header section; Write the message.
Send a Google Drive attachment On your computer, open Gmail. At the top left, click Compose. At the bottom of the message, click Insert files using Drive . Select the files you want to attach. At the bottom of the page, decide how you want to send the file: Click Insert.
Since a PDF is essentially an image of a document, you can convert it to an image with similar results. This is easy if you have the PDF saved on your computer - simply save as or export the file as an image file before embedding it into an email body.
Sending a PDF as an attachment is not the only way to deliver the file to the intended recipient. Another option is to embed it directly into the body of the email. This increases the chances of the recipient noticing the embedded file since it appears inside the email.
Click on. Add account below the list of already added mail accounts. Enter your email address, select whether you want to add an IMAP (recommended) or POP account, and click Continue. Enter your mail accounts login password, app-specific password or log in using the service providers OAuth window.
Attach a file On your computer, go to Gmail. Click Compose. At the bottom, click Attach . Choose the files you want to upload. Click Open.
To embed the PDF as an attachment in Outlook email, you have to follow these steps: Go to the Insert option. Browse your PDF file or upload it from OneDrive, select the file you want to embed, and hit Open. It will embed your PDF file as an attachment. Preview your file to make sure you choose the correct file.
